Since I was a kid I was fascinated with the construction industry. How these large buildings and beautiful homes are erected through knowledge, proper tools, and man’s two bare hands. My father was a known local builder so my visits to job sites started very young. As soon as I learned how to use a broom my journey began. Like most, I started out at the bottom of the totem pole through summer jobs and work/study programs in high school. In 1998 I was on a frame to finish crew which handled everything from framing to the installation of roofing, siding, doors, and windows. We worked on new construction and remodeling projects all over the greater Boston area. Once I knew how the general shell of a building or home was done I knew I needed to know the rest. I then pursued knowledge in the fields of electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling along with the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, finish carpentry and much more. I even mastered the old fashion art of painting.

In this line of work, it doesn’t take long to notice the toll hard labor takes on a body which is what influenced me to explore how to better use my knowledge. After a brief trial of project management, at the young age of 25, I pursued and received my home inspectors license. As a home inspector, I am driven to make sure you have peace of mind when taking on one of the largest investments you will ever make. Buying a home is a very exciting time in a person’s life and I am here to take the risk out of this investment by helping to reveal any conditions that may lead to costly repairs so you can enjoy peace of mind in your new home.
